Welcome to K Kreations! By accessing and using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the K Kreations website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

K Kreations offers vinyl and other handmade products. We strive to accurately describe our products; however, minor variations color, size, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

• By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product from us.
• All orders are subject to acceptance by K Kreations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Payment can be made via debit/credit card or PayPal. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
• The total price of your order, including shipping fees and any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout.
• We aim to ship non customs orders within 3 to 5 business days of order conformation. Unless notified before hand.
• Custom orders will typically ship within 7 business days of order conformation. Unless notified before hand.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Tracking number is provided via email, when order ships. K Kreations is not held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• If you receive a flawed item, you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us to initiate a return.
• To be eligible for a return (for refund or replacement), you must notify us of the flaw within the 15-day period.
• K Kreations reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the flaw.
• Upon approval of your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
• Once the flawed item is received, you will be offered either a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) or a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.

While creating an account is not required to make a purchase ,you may have the option to do so for convenience. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

All content of the K Kreations website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of K Kreations and is protected applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not give your personal information out to third parties, except as necessary to process your order (e.g., sharing your address with our shipping provider).

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

K Kreations reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effected immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website and purchase of our products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
